The terms that apply when you use our website and buy from us.

Welcome to The Fragrance Oil Factory. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. About our products

Our products are original formulations created to be inspired by popular designer, niche and Arabic fragrances.

We are an independent manufacturer. We are not affiliated with, associated with, authorised by, or endorsed by the brands or houses whose fragrances inspire our oils. All brand names, trademarks and product names belong to their respective owners and are used purely for descriptive, comparative reference to indicate a scent profile. We do not sell counterfeit or original branded products - we sell our own inspired fragrance oils.

2. Pricing & payment

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise shown, and are subject to change without notice.
  • Applicable taxes (GST) are charged as per law and shown on your invoice.
  • Payment must be completed in full before an order is processed and dispatched.

3. Orders & acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order (for example, due to pricing errors, stock issues or suspected fraud). If we cancel a paid order, you will be refunded.

4. Shipping & returns

Shipping timelines and delivery terms are covered in our Shipping Policy. Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Please review both before ordering.

5. Product use & safety

Our fragrance oils are concentrated and intended for professional and manufacturing use (perfumery, candles, soaps, diffusers, cosmetics and similar applications).

  • They must be properly diluted and used in line with applicable safety standards (including IFRA guidelines where relevant).
  • Always perform a patch and stability test before use.
  • Not for undiluted application on skin or for ingestion. Keep away from children, pets, eyes and open flame.
  • The buyer is solely responsible for the safe formulation, labelling, testing and legal compliance of any end product.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website (text, graphics, logos, images and layout) is the property of The Fragrance Oil Factory and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products. Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold The Fragrance Oil Factory harmless from any claims or damages arising out of your use of our products or your breach of these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
